Bridle Path Renovation

The client’s program was to create a “mud” room and laundry area with more usable space and turn their home office into a ground floor suite. They also wanted bathroom access less visible, The solution materialized itself by opening he laundry room to the hallway and replacing the large closets with a bench and cubby built-in. Excessive space from the laundry room allowed a redundant powder room to become a full bathroom accessed from the former home office now a suite, This also eliminated the bathroom being directly off the family room which was problematic. The pantry was reconfigured to be more user friendly by making the powder room more efficient. In the end a thoughtful reconfiguration of existing spaces gave the clients exactly what they wanted.
