Cypress Village Homes, comprises three scattered sites in Brooklyn, totaling 48,781 square feet of supportive housing. The project consists of two three-story walk-up buildings constructed using modular techniques, aiming to reduce waste and improve quality, while a third four-story building utilizes conventional construction. These buildings, totaling 29 units, offer a mix of two and three-bedroom apartments, adding much-needed affordable housing to the Cypress Hills / East New York neighborhood
